**GENERAL TERMS:**

2. **Right of Withdrawal:**  

  - The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without penalty and without providing any reason. However, written notice must be given at least 7 days before the tour start date.  

  - The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if there are less than 7 days remaining before the tour begins.  

3. **Cancellation and Refund Conditions:**  

  - If the buyer cancels the tour, deductions will apply based on the cancellation date.  

  - If the tour is canceled due to unavoidable circumstances (force majeure, natural disasters, pandemics, etc.), the buyer will receive a full refund or be offered an alternative tour.  

4. **Seller’s Obligations:**  

  - The seller is obligated to provide the service in full compliance with the agreed standards.  

  - If there are changes to tour details (accommodation, transportation, itinerary), the buyer will be notified in advance.  

5. **Buyer’s Obligations:**  

  - The buyer must provide accurate and complete information during the reservation process.  

  - Necessary travel documents (visa, passport, health certificates, etc.) are the buyer's responsibility.  

6. **Dispute Resolution:**  

  - Any disputes between the parties shall first be resolved through mediation.  

  - Unresolved disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in [Seller’s Headquarters City].

By electronically approving this agreement, the buyer declares that they have read and accepted the distance sales terms and the right of withdrawal.
